We are looking for candidates who would like to become Customer Service Specialist in our Kyiv office to manage our front desk on a daily basis and perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.


ControlPay will provide every new team player with special training program in order to be able to:

  • Navigate through and usage of ControlPay web-platform and support tools;
  • Provide Customer support via e-mail, ControlPay platform and incoming calls;
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies;
  • Ensure that each Customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment;
  • In cooperation with other departments resolve Customer requests in order to provide full, timely and professional response on all customer inquiries.

Key requirements:

  • 1+ year of proven customer support experience or experience as a Сlient Service Representative;
  • Higher education (Bachelor/Master degree);
  • Upper-Intermediate level (or higher) of written and spoken English;
  • High level of attentiveness to details;
  • Fast-learning ability;
  • Team-player attitude;
  • Initiative and desire to work;
  • Result-oriented and proactive approach to problem solving;
  • Analytical skills;
  • Willingness to work in a fast growing, customer-focused environment;
  • Logistics knowledge (will be a plus).
